1.. Item will be shipped on the SAME day after notification and payment received. Cut off time is 2pm , any payment received after 2pm will be shipped on next working day.
2. For pre-order item in uk, deposit of 50% of the total amount is required and the balance to be paid before the item is shipped to you from UK.
3. All Pre-order item are according to badge. Orders are taken in badge to reduce postage. Expected Time of Departure (ETD) from UK and Expected time of arrival (ETA) to MALAYSIA will be informed upon confirmation of payment.

Shipping & Return
1. We accept return and money back guarantee within 3 days after item is received. (Return postage to be paid by customer)
2. Return item must be in original condition, unwore, brand new in packaging and clean, together with the receipt. If any used condition or damage is found, return IS NOT accepted. (Customer will bear the return postage twice)
3. We do not hold any responsibilities for lost and damaged items during delivery. We check all items very carefully before dispatched and pack carefully.
4. WE use ABX COURIER SERVICE. Signature is required upon delivery. PO Box address is not accepted, CONFIRMED address is required.
